Booking
Your first point of contact will our aftersales advisors who will book your motorcycle in, making sure to get full details of any issues or concerns you may have and advising of scheduled maintenance requirements.
Get in touch with our service team by emailing service@ducatibournemouth.co.uk or calling 01202 001199.
Dropping off your bike
We are open from 9am Tuesday to Saturday but, if you need to drop your bike off earlier, just let us know.
If you can’t get to us, our drivers - Jack and David - can collect your bike during normal working hours. This will need to be arranged at time of booking. There is a collection fee of £36 including VAT for bikes outside of the BH area.
Loan bikes are available by prior arrangement, depending on availability - please let us know if you will need one at time of booking…or why not book a test ride on one of our latest demonstrators?
Keeping in touch
We will keep you regularly updated on your bike while it is in our care.
Should any additional work be identified during the booking, we will send you a video to clearly show the recommended work and a full quotation will be provided. We will not undertake any additional work without your prior agreement.
Every Ducati that enters our workshop will be checked for outstanding recalls or updates. Any recall work is free of charge, but we will still notify you in advance.
Collecting your bike
We will have everything ready for you on arrival, but we also offer the opportunity to talk with the technician who worked on your bike - Callum or Tom – if you would like to do so. They are happy to talk through your bike while up on the ramp and answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to welcoming you at Ducati Bournemouth soon.
