Accessories, parts and merchandise

Thank you for shopping at Ducati Bournemouth. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy for accessories, parts and merchandise.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, Mondays, or bank holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If the item is not in stock, we will contact you with a delivery estimate. Should you wish, you can cancel the order at this point.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping will be by DPD. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ducati Bournemouth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duty etc.).


Returns and Damages

Your order can be returned within 14 days from the date it was received by contacting us and requesting a Return Authorisation.

The items must be returned in their original condition, un-used or un-worn, with all the original packaging and labels attached.

Please note that there will be a 25% re-stocking fee on returned items that were specially ordered for you.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you have tracking of your parcel.

If an item is delivered to you in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a Return Authorisation. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
